About the role
We are seeking a Campaign & Content Project Manager to join our fast-paced, content-driven organization. Our team produces high-quality, expert-led resources for independent medical practices and billing companies, designed to inform, engage, and generate leads. Content is at the heart of our strategy, and this role is essential to ensuring its success.
As the Campaign & Content Project Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of content campaigns and projects. You will play a critical role in keeping workflows efficient, managing multiple deadlines across teams and time zones, and ensuring content meets the highest standards before publication.
This role requires a highly organized, proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with content creators, designers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and align with strategic goals. Additionally, you will oversee quality assurance, coordinate publishing across digital channels, and optimize processes to enhance content production.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a Campaign Project Manager or Content Project Manager in content or digital marketing environments
- Hands-on experience managing content within a CMS (preferably WordPress)
- Proficiency with project management tools (preferably Asana)
- Experience with email marketing platforms and managing newsletters
- Proven ability to manage distributed teams and execute campaigns
- Experience automating workflows and improving processes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Leadership potential with ambition to progress into a team leader role
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality content
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multiple time zones
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of content campaigns and projects
- Develop and maintain project plans for content campaigns, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of deadlines and responsibilities
- Coordinate workflows across teams, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep everyone informed about project status and any potential issues
- Oversee the content production process, ensuring all content pieces meet quality standards
- Work with freelance writers, editors, and reviewers to ensure content is accurate and engaging
- Work closely with the design team to align the design and content processes
- Oversee quality assurance and publishing for website content and email newsletters
- Act as a key liaison between content creators, designers, and other stakeholders
- Proactively resolve approval delays or other timeline risks
- Track progress and keep team members on schedule and aligned with timelines
- Provide support to external users, especially across different time zones
- Continuously improve processes to streamline content production
Asana Campaign Setup and Import
- Build a production schedule incorporating all stages of the process and corresponding stakeholders/assignees including content, web, design, and MOPs deadlines
- Manage reviews and approvals
- Import the finalized schedules into Asana
- Perform QA on campaign boards to ensure accuracy in assignees, automations, and deadlines
Oversee Assets & Supporting Assets Production
- Manage and update tasks on the campaign board for content assets
- Adjust tasks and deadlines as necessary to address changes
- Ensure all deadlines are met and proactively flag any potential slowdowns
- Confirm that automations are in place and functioning properly
- Coordinate between stakeholders and assignees to ensure smooth delivery of assets
- Provide support to external users, especially across different time zones
- Track progress and ensure team members remain aligned with timelines
Content Creation & Publishing
Managing the backend process of uploading, scheduling, and reviewing published blog content with a focus on design consistency and quality assurance.
- Manage the process of uploading, scheduling, and reviewing blog content
- Ensure published content maintains design consistency and quality standards
- Update the homepage experience for the main content website
- Conduct thorough QA to minimize post-publishing corrections
- Create new UTMs with every new asset and update editor manual with them
- Ensure article CTAs have the correct asset UTM (text vs inpost)
- Maintain CTA library
- Upload CTA blocks
- Provide general content support as needed, including troubleshooting formatting issues and implementing updates + QA-ing published content
Email Newsletter Management
- Manage the email newsletter process, ensuring emails are error-free and sent on time
- Upload and manage email campaigns, ensuring that all pieces are of high quality and ready to send

The work is remote as our team is spread across the continents. We are open to flexible hours, however we may need you to be online between 18:00 and 20:30 CET (as part of the marketing team is US based, 6-9 hours behind).
